Spreading Some Warmth at the Community Bonfire
The Laurentian Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2nd Annual Community Bonfire on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Silver Lake Beach in Virginia, MN. Even with a little drizzle, the festive evening brought families, friends, and neighbors together to kick off the holiday season with warmth, good food, and joyful music.
The event featured a cozy bonfire set against the beautiful backdrop of Silver Lake. Guests enjoyed roasting marshmallows to make their own s'mores, sampling chili from Boomtown Restaurant, and savoring Grandma's Restaurant's famous chicken wild rice soup. Super One Foods provided essential supplies, and the City of Virginia lent their support in coordinating the event, helping to make it a memorable success.
With its holiday tunes, delicious treats, and cheerful atmosphere, the Community Bonfire is becoming a beloved tradition. Thank you to all the attendees and contributors who made this event possible. We look forward to gathering by the fire and celebrating the season with you for years to come!
Stay tuned for more events and warm wishes from all of us at the Chamber! 🔥
